Yukinari Sugawara (菅原 由勢, Sugawara Yukinari, born 28 June 2000) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar and the Japan national team.

Biography
changeSugawara was born in Toyokawa on June 28, 2000. He joined J1 League club Nagoya Grampus from their youth team in 2018. He played as right side back from first season. In June 2019, he moved to Dutch Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar.
In 2017, Sugawara was selected the Japan U-17 national team for 2017 U-17 World Cup. In 2019, he was also selected the Japan U-20 national team for 2019 U-20 World Cup. On October 9, 2020, he debuted for the Japan national team against Cameroon.
