Zionist militias
Zionist militias during the Jewish insurgency in Mandatory Palestine unofficial armed groups carried out attacks on Palestinian people and the British inhabitants of Mandatory Palestine, during the British Mandate of Palestine.[2][3][4] Israel Defense Forces was formed from the union of a large number of them 12 days after the declaration of the establishment of the State of Israel.[5]
