Adam Schiff
American politician (born 1960)
Adam Bennett Schiff (born June 22, 1960) is an American politician who is the United States Senator from California since 2024. Before, he was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 2001 to 2004. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Schiff represented the 27th and 29th Districts between 2001 and 2013, which included the areas of Alhambra, Altadena, San Gabriel, Burbank, Glendale, South Pasadena, Temple City, Monterey Park, and Pasadena.
Schiff has become an influential voice for his party in the House of Representatives on foreign policy and national security issues.[1]
In January 2023, Schiff announced his candidacy for the United States Senate in the 2024 election.[2] He won the election in November 2024.
