Akie Abe (安倍 昭恵, Abe Akie; née Matsuzaki; born 10 June 1962) is a Japanese radio DJ. She is the widow of former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe. This means, she was the Spouse of the Prime Minister of Japan twice from 2006 until 2007 and again from 2012 until 2020.

Abe was the first spouse of a Japanese prime minister to actively use social media, and was active on Facebook and Instagram.[1]
She married Abe in 1987. They were married until Shinzo Abe's assassination in 2022.
