Bernie Moreno

Bernardo Moreno (born February 1967)[1] is an American businessman and politician who is a United States Senator-elect for Ohio. He was the Republican nominee in the 2024 election, beating Democratic incumbent Sherrod Brown.

Moreno was born in Bogotá, Colombia. When Moreno was five, the family moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was raised.[2] Moreno became a U.S. citizen at age 18.[3]
