Grandview is a city in the state of Washington in the United States. The population of the city was 10,907 at the 2020 census.[4]

History
changeGrandview was incorporated on September 21, 1909. It began as the midway point on the rail line between Prosser and Sunnyside.
Geography
changeGrandview is located at 46°15′13″N 119°54′36″W / 46.25361°N 119.91000°W (46.253670, -119.910133).
It has a total area of 6.5 square miles (16.9 km²). The land area 6.4 square miles (16.7 km²) and the water area is 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²).
Demographics
changeIn the 2020 census, there were 10,907 people, 3,160 households, and 2,488 families living in Grandview. The population density was 1,693.9 people per square mile (654.0/km²). There were 3,273 housing units. Hispanics and Latinos made up 83.9% of the people. The breakdown by race was 26.3% White, 1.6% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 0.3% Black, 52.9% from one other race, and 18.3% from two or more races.
The median (middle) age was 28.6 years. The age breakdown was 34.2% under age 18, 55.7% from 18 to 65, and 10.1% over 65. The gender breakdown was 49.6% male and 50.4% female.
Of the households, 53.5% had children under age 18, 48.8% had a married couple, 12.1% had an unmarried couple, 24.7% had a woman with no partner, 14.4% had a man with no partner, and 15.6% had one person living alone. The average household size was 3.43 people.[5][6]
