Kathy Manning
American politician
Kathy Ellen Manning (born December 3, 1956) is an American attorney and politician. She is the United States representative for North Carolina's 6th congressional district since 2021.[1] She was the nominee for North Carolina's 13th congressional district in the 2018 election.
