In the year 2000, the company developed a product called QueueBuster.[4] In 2009, Netcall acquired Q-Max Systems Limited, which provided workforce management software to contact centers.[6] In 2010, the company acquired Telephonetics.[7] The company acquired Bury St. Edmund-based Serengeti Systems in 2012.[1][8] In August 2017, it acquired MatsSoft.[9][10][11] In October 2020, Netcall acquired Automagica.[12]
