Peter Meijer

U.S. Representative from Michigan

Peter James Meijer (born January 10, 1988) is an American politician and business analyst. He was the Republican U.S. representative for Michigan's 3rd congressional district from 2021 to 2023.[2]

He is a member of the Meijer family, the owners of the Meijer supermarket chain.[3]

He was one of 10 Republicans who voted to impeach Donald Trump during Trump's second impeachment.[4][5]

Meijer lost the Republican primary for re-nomination on August 2, 2022 to John Gibbs.[6]
