- Create the two redlinks.

Do the following:
- If you copied it from en, then why is there 18 refs here and 20 on en? Copy them over.

Simplification change
I overhauled most of the article to make it simpler and more accurate (the first paragraph of the MH was confusing and not correct). I'd appreciate a quick proofread if anybody gets a chance, but it should be getting closer to VGA now. –Juliancolton | Talk 16:05, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
