I have declined the QD because the article asserts the organisation's notability: "with architecture and urban planning faculties around the world" (my emphasis). Of course, the article may be put up for deletion at RfD if anyone wishes to challenge the notability of the subject itself. Chenzw  Talk  05:55, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
