Leet change

I wouldn't take a month a long enough period, unfortunately. I mean, 2004 has had a unsimple notice since August last year and I don't consider that an obscure article. It's just easier to write unsimple articles than to simplify articles. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 05:16, 7 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Keep red links change

Dejvid, at RFD, you often vote "delete but keep red links". What do you mean by that?? -- Ricky81682 (talk) 20:26, 20 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Ok, I understand. I don't think there's a single article here that's been protected. Every deletion I've seen (and done) is a simple deletion allowing people to create it if they wish. Since admins can protect pages, we can write a note saying that we don't want the page created and protect that so that people can create it. That hasn't occurred here, although I'm considering proposing it for Talk:Simple English Lessons since it's been deleted seven times this month. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 18:25, 21 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
Well, I guess the eighth time this month was enough for me. You are probably correct that it is within my administrator rights to prevent recreation of an article, but I do feel that it is a little bit of a jump from "this article isn't worth keeping right now" to "this article isn't worth keeping right now and should never be created". I guess that since anyone could talk to me and I'd unprotect it if there is a real article at Simple English Lessons or something, it's not that big a deal. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 23:24, 21 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
