Welcome change

Hello! I noticed that you may have come here from another Wikipedia, so you know a little about how things work here. I hope you like it here and decide to stay! Here are some links to help you adjust:

There's a lot to do here. Most of it is writing articles that do not exist yet, which you can do by translating from other Wikipedias, but have a look around and see what you want to do. Thanks for joining us, and you know how to contact me if you need any help. Mr Wiki Pro (talk) 21:33, 11 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Welcome, and a note about formatting numbers change

Hello, Sucsuzz. Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia. Thank you for the new articles about Turkish cities. I thought you'd like to know that we use a different formatting for numbers. Where you used periods to separate groups of 3 digits, we use commas. For example, in Kırşehir, you had "223.498 people live there". With our conventions, that should be "223,498 people live there". I know that using periods is done in some places, but please use commas here to be consistent. For decimals, use periods to separate the fractional part of a number, such as "1.5" to mean one and a half. Thanks! --Auntof6 (talk) 22:56, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
