I do not know why you are not listening to warnings and continuing to upload images, but it needs to stop. You have been blocked twice now, and you have come back right after the block has expired and uploaded more images. Our image use policy, which I have linked above, explains that we do not allow image uploads here, and there is a large banner at the top of the upload screen which says images are not allowed to be uploaded.
