History
changeViaQuest was founded in 1999 by Richard Johnson in Dublin, Ohio.[3] The company started as one division to help elderly people, veterans, and disabled individuals in Ohio. Later, it grew and began serving people in Indiana and Pennsylvania as well.[2] ViaQuest has partnered with Council Capital, a healthcare firm since 2021.[4][5]
The company provides home health care,[6] psychiatric help, veteran services, day and job services, and residential care.[7][8][9] ViaQuest helps people with developmental disabilities by creating care plans, helping them connect with their community, and supporting their independence.[10][11][12] They also offer behavioral health services and psychiatric support for emotional well-being.[13][14] Their community work, volunteer services, and hospice care have often been praised.[15][16][17]
