Pico de Orizaba, also known as: Citlaltépetl (in Nahuatl: Sitlaltepetl ‘estrella-monte-ABS’‘Monte de la Estrella), is a Mexican stratovolcano[4] located between the states of Puebla and Veracruz and is the highest mountain in Mexico and the third in North America, below Denali in Alaska and Mount Logan in Canada, and It is the highest volcano.[5][6][7][8][9]

Its last eruption was in 1846. Currently it is in a dormant state, it is the second highest volcanic peak in the world below Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, it is also the only volcano in the world with Frozen Lava inside.[10]
