I have rollback perms on the English Wikipedia (not simple), and I would like to use Huggle to improve the wiki.
Not done I'd like to see you become more familiar with Simple Wikipedia before granting you the tool. Since you've only edited here for an hour before making this request, you're not really aware of the structures here yet. That's evidenced by the lack of warnings you provided a user you were reverting and asking to be blocked at another admin's page. I am comfortable with using Twinkle and have used it to make some recent vandal reverts. However, I would like the actual right, because I would like to revert vandalism. Not done I see you also find old and hidden vandalism which is greatly needed in our articles. But on several occasions you have edits that are less then a day old and did not leave any user warnings, and on some you did. Please make sure you warn all users appropriately if the vandalism is found within a short amount of time after the vandalism occurred. I have edited here in the past on my old account, WikiImprovment78, and have edited every so often on this wiki for a while. I also have had rollback rights on the enwiki for a while now, a project where I have made a total of nearly 6000 edits on this and my old account combined. I plan to make my contributions on this wiki more serious and will focus, like I do on the enwiki, on vandalism, which I have seen a lot of. I also understand the differences between these two wikis. Not done - Between the 2 accounts you have Less then 150 edits here on Simple. And most of your anti-vandal for this wiki is on this account. I would like to see more anti-vandal work done here then I would be more then willing to re-evaluate.
