David Norquist
34th United States Deputy Secretary of Defense
David Lutz Norquist (born November 24, 1966[3]) is an American financial management professional and government official. He has served as the United States deputy secretary of defense from 2019 to 2021. He served for two days as the acting United States secretary of defense in January 2021.
