Reformatting chronology articles change

I noticed that you have been reformatting articles like 2011, indenting events that happened on the same day under a single link to the day. I don't necessarily think this is bad, but this kind of change should be discussed before being made. Please stop these changes for now, and start a discussion at WP:Simple talk to be sure everyone knows what you're doing and that no one objects. Thank you. --Auntof6 (talk) 07:03, 14 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

February 2018 change

We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but "Russian interference in the 2018 United States elections" was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 07:19, 14 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Your additions to articles change

Hi, AdmiralNelson. I have just been undoing some of your edits because they weren't written in good simple English. In fact, I'm sorry to say that the grammar in them wasn't good even for standard English. It's very important that articles here have good grammar. That's because our readers don't have good English skills and we want what they read here to be correctly written. It's actually harder to write simple English than to write standard English!

Because of that, I'd like to ask you to have someone check your contributions before you create articles or add text to articles. You can work in one or more sandboxes in your userspace. Let me know if you'd like help setting up a sandbox, or if you have any questions about this. Thanks! --Auntof6 (talk) 20:34, 20 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

I see that you have made some more changes. Unfortunately, the grammar in those is also not correct. Please don't use incorrect grammar in articles here. Is there some reason you don't want to use a sandbox like I suggested? If you continue adding incorrect grammar to articles, you may be blocked from editing here. --Auntof6 (talk) 23:55, 20 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
