Plural
changeHi Cmann600, I have just deleted the page you created called "Prairies". The page already existed under the name "Prairie." Pages on the Simple Wiki are made about a single item, not the plural form of the word. Thanks for your editing, and keep up the good work. --Peterdownunder (talk) 21:26, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
Talk:God
changeYour recent edit to this page does not appear to be related to discussing the article, but merely about the nature of God. We are not a blog site or a place to discuss the rightness or wrongness of a subject. We are an encyclopedia and deal with information. You can assert facts about opinions (if the opinions are notable), but not opinions themselves. I have reversed your edit. Please also note that new topics go below all the prior ones on talk pages. Thank you. fr33kman talk 18:00, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
Stub tags
changeHi Cmann600, we usually put the stub tag below the article, but above the catgeories and the interwiki links. You might like to change the tag you put on Paris Hilton. Also, if it is a stub about a person you could use bio-stub which makes it a biography stub. There is also a geo-stub for places in common use. Keep up the good work. --Peterdownunder (talk) 12:36, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
Welcome!
changeHey Cmann!
Welcome to the wiki, hope you're liking it so far!
Just a few tips for you, please only add stub tags to articles that are very short - a couple of lines long. Michael Jackson is not a stub, it's just not a complete article, and you were right to mention it on the talk page.
Also, please take time to read over the Manual of Style - articles generally don't have capitals for their title except for the first word, and I have moved Fashion Designer to Fashion design for this reason.
No major things, just to help you improve your good work - keep it up!
Regards,

Interwiki
changeHello, could you please remember to add interwiki links to the pages you create? You can usually copy from en and just add the en link yourself. Also remember to bold the title of the page like this title. If you have any questions about it, please ask. Thanks. Exert 16:34, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
So, say you have the page Wild Turkey. So on the left of the page you will see a section that says in other languages. Which will link to the other languages page about wild turkey. To get these you have to copy them from the English Wikipedia. You go to the page over at the English Wikipedia edit it and copy the inter wiki links. They will look something like this:
ar:دجاج رومي az:Hind toyuğu id:Ayam Belanda ms:Ayam Belanda bar:Kaudara br:Yar-Indez
Then you just paste them into the page your creating here. I hope that answers your question. If not ask at Wikipedia:Simple Talk. Exert 15:43, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
