Stub templates

User pages

Hello. Most userpages are not eligible for quick deletion, unless it's very blatant vandalism or advertising. Userspace is also for testing, so user pages are almost never eligible for G2 deletion (unless requested by the creator). In general, please just leave others' userspace alone.
