It's a good policy

It obviously does not, and should not, include anyone who has not been blocked anywhere else in the last year; and the policy shouldn't apply if the user is determined not to be a problem user. fr33kman ^{t - c} 19:52, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Guideline-Policy

First step is tweaking so we like it, second step is vote so it can become a guideline. If after some time we like the guideline, we can make it policy. Note that the Criteria for Adminship are only a guideline. --Eptalon (talk) 11:01, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
