Please do not remove quick deletion tags from articles, as you did to "User:JordanBaumann1211", without a good reason. If you think the article should not be deleted, please explain your reason on the article's talk page. Thank you. 71.208.236.238 (talk) 20:37, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sorry! JordanBaumann1211 (talk) 20:38, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

I've removed the quick deletion tag. There's nothing wrong with putting ... as your user page. Only (talk) 20:51, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

  We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but an article you created was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Only (talk) 23:18, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

New articles with references

change

Hello, JordanBaumann1211. Thanks for the articles you created here. When you create an article that has one or more references, please remember to add a references section. The usual way to do that is to include the following lines:

==References==
{{reflist}}

These lines would go near the end of the article, after the related pages section and before other websites, categories, etc.

The other thing the articles need is categories. The flag articles you created could go into Category:United States state flags and in the category for their state.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions about these things, or anything else here. --Auntof6 (talk) 01:18, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Good Idea. --JordanBaumann1211 (talk) 12:47, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
It's not just a good idea, it's required. You're still not including categories. All articles need at least one category. --Auntof6 (talk) 15:51, 16 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Creating user pages

change

I noticed that you created user pages for some users other than yourself. Please don't do that. Only the owner of the page or an admin or 'crat should create a user page. The user pages you created have been deleted. --Auntof6 (talk) 10:56, 24 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
