Admin

In order to become an admin, you have to be a member for at least 3 months, and you have to have at least 1,000 mainspace edits on here. Vandals

You can easily tackle vandals as such:

1. First, go to the recent changes section.
2. Then, click on anonymous at the top.
3. Then, click on any edit here and if it is vandalism, click undo.

Vandalism

Go to the history of a page; it's a small button on the top of an article by the "change this page" button. Press it and you'll get a list of all the changed made to the article with the most recent near the top.
On the list, you'll have the time it was changed, the persons username (or an IP address), what they wrote for their summary and a button that says (undo).
Press the (undo) button and it will show you what you undid and ask you to confirm. Press "SAVE" under the article text box and the vandalism will be undone!
