Award
Hi DJDunsie, congratulations on reaching this milestone. This award is also available as a medal, a ribbon, and as a Userbox to go onto your Userpage. Sorry I did not get back to you about templates, these are often complex. I had a quick look but could not see the problem, but there will always be someone else who will help. Enjoy your break, --Peterdownunder (talk) 00:06, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you Peter. I am back now and I am greatly looking forward to editing again -- DJDunsie (talk) 17:35, 8 June 2011 (UTC).
Magic Bullet
Hey, you forgot to put a rationale/reason for deletion at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2011/Magic Bullet theory. Could you add one? Thanks, Either way (talk) 23:19, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
- Hi DJDunsie, as well as the reason for the RfD you also forgot to transclude it to Wikipedia:Requests for deletion. If that isn't done then no-one knows its up for deletion... I've done it for you though so not to worry. :) Ydennek (talk) 11:49, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
DYK
...that the NASA discovered the fourth moon of the dwarf planet Pluto in June 2011 and named it S/2011 P 1? - Just and idea. There is probably a better way to form a hook, but an interesting article! You should form a DYK from it, really. -Barras (talk) 09:47, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you, Barras, for saying my article is interesting! :) There's just one problem for the hook - they have not named the moon yet - its provisional designation is S/2011 P 1, although this could be mentioned (provisional designation is not really simple though, is it). We could say that the IAU are searching for a name, or we could wait until it has a name, but I'm not sure how long that will take! Thanks for nominating the article, Barras, and good luck with keeping above Peterdownunder's edit count :) --DJDunsie (talk · changes) 09:59, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Mh, yes. Maybe you find something else. I haven't nominated the article yet, I wanted to leave this up to you. :-) And I will do my best, but I'd rather like to get more DYKs, GAs and VGAs instead of having more edits than Peter. -Barras (talk) 10:09, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, yes you're right. I was only joking, I wasn't being serious but you are right that what we really need are more VGAs, GAs and DYKs.

My suggestion:
that NASA discovered the fourth moon of the dwarf planet Pluto while looking for any rings it might have.
Please tell me what you think. If it's ok, i'll nominate it. However, it says at the top Earliest time for next update: Saturday, 6 August 2011 10:09 (UTC), and by then I'm on a wikibreak, not back 'till the 14th. DJDunsie (talk · changes) 10:26, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Mh...The name of the article, means of the moon needs to be in the hook somehow. The wikibreak isn't a problem. You don't need to be around when the update happens. -Barras (talk) 10:29, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know then :(. The trouble is, it needs to be an interesting fact, and I thought that while looking for any rings it might have. was. Should we do your suggestion? - it was very good - I was just trying to do it by myself. DJDunsie (talk · changes) 10:38, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Well, this with the name needs to be fixed then. How about ...that the NASA discovered S/2011 P 1, which is the fourth moon of the dwarf planet Pluto in June 2011? If you want you can propose this or something else. -Barras (talk) 10:41, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- No, I'll do yours - it's much better. So, can I just edit the page and add it to the top now? DJDunsie (talk · changes) 10:44, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Yeps, just go ahead! Good work on the article. -Barras (talk) 10:45, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Done! Thank you :) DJDunsie (talk · changes) 10:52, 2 August 2011 (UTC) By the way, if you have any spare time, please could you check this list of articles, which I am going to create, for notability. If you do, leave a comment at the bottom. Thank you, DJDunsie (talk · changes) 11:00, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- The list looks fine. I don't think there is any problem with notability. Just (as Peter said), please don't create on-liners ;-) -Barras (talk) 11:07, 2 August 2011 (UTC)

For DJDunsie who has found several minor mistakes recently that have escaped the attention of many editors for a long time. Keep up the good work, it is the details that can make the difference. Peterdownunder (talk) 08:31, 19 August 2011 (UTC) |
- Thank you very much Peterdownunder, I really appreciate this, I really do. Thank you. I have learnt an awful lot about this Wikipedia, all thanks to you. I'm slowly "getting to grips" with everything and thank you so much for taking the time to reply to all of my questions! DJDunsie (talk · changes) 21:03, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
