Hello! I am assuming you have come over from the English Wikipedia, so you are probably familiar with the way this wiki works. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. Here are a few links to help you adjust:

There is much to do here. For example, there are a lot of articles that do not exist yet, which you can bring over from the English Wikipedia and simplify. Do have a look around and see what you would like to do. Thank you for joining us, and you know how to contact me if you need help. Auntof6 (talk) 20:51, 24 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi Auntof6! Thanks for the welcome. I'll look the links over, I know the functionality, but really should familiarize myself with the stuff that makes Simple Wikipedia unique. Things definitely are a little slower-paced over here, I'm used to using Huggle and having stuff fly by. :) I'll probably still spend most of my time over at en-wiki, but I'll try to spend some time here, too, especially with vandalism patrol and getting articles copied over. Again thanks for the welcome! Chrisw80 (talk) 00:53, 25 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
I have a list of some of the things that are different here. It's at User:Auntof6/Things I would like Wikipedia editors to know#Things we do here that might be different from other Wikis. Feel free to let me know if you have questions about any of it. The important things to know about copying articles from enwiki are to be sure to simplify and to give attribution. --Auntof6 (talk) 01:48, 25 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Awesome, I'll look at that, too. Thanks! Chrisw80 (talk) 01:49, 25 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

THANK YOU!
