The reason all users don't have rollback is because it's a tool that can very easily be abused and is very powerful. I'm not going to put a not done template here using a non-admin account but as you've just arrived here, you are unlikely to receive these rights. Twinkle is a good tool to use, or you can enable advanced mobile editing to enable undo on mobile. I’ve been active reverting vandalism for a week now (take a look at my changes) and it would help me massively if I had the ability to rvv with just 1 click. I know I’m 3x banned on en but that doesn’t effect my ability to edit here and be productive, in fact it’s even more reason that I want to put the work in here so that in a year or so I can appeal my ban on en. Not done You've had too many issues for me to feel comfortable granting you any rights. You didn't even set this request up correctly, and one week is not nearly enough to show competence.
