The company provides its members with a range of benefits, including hotel upgrades and custom travel itineraries.

Archer's leadership has helped FAWC gain traction in the industry. In 2022, she spoke at the Women in Web 3 panel at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival, reflecting her role in the tech startup space.
