Joice is a city in Worth County, Iowa, United States. At the 2020 census, 208 people lived there.[2] It is part of the Mason City Micropolitan Statistical Area.

People and housing
changeAt the census of 2020, there were 208 people. The population density was 194.8 people per square mile (75.2/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 91.8% White, 8.2% from other races. Hispanic or Latino were 9.1% of the people living in Joice.
There were 80 households. 31.3% of these had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.0% had married couples living together, 12.5% had unmarried couples living together, 23.8% had a woman living there with no husband, and 18.8% had a man living there with no wife. 31.3% of all houses were made up of just one person. 13.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.6 people.
Of the people living in Joice, 24.0% were under the age of 18, 8.2% were from 18 to 24, 20.2% were from 25 to 44, 30.3% were from 45 to 64, and 17.3% were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43.5 years. There were 100 females and 108 males.[2]
