I apologise for that. It was the only way of me to tell him to stop as I had said many times on his talk page to stop but he wouldn't listen. I wasn't sure how to report them or contact an administrator.

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your changes. One of the main rules of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A change you made to "India" appears to be biased, and your change may have been undone to fix this. Please remember to follow our main rules. Please stop going into the article and changing things to how you want them, including pictures. The SVG pictures are absolutely fine to use. You are violating the NPOV by changing it back to what you want everytime something is changed. This is also a slow edit war. This can get you block on wikipedia as well. You were warned about this by an admin in January and yet you have continued to do this. So I am asking for you to stop doing it now. If it continues the warning levels will escalate at which point you will be blocked. PDL^{Talk to me!}_{OMG, What have I done?} 13:38, 9 July 2022 (UTC)

Please do not add your own comments, thoughts and views to Wikipedia articles, as you did to "India". Doing so is against Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and is not formal enough for an encyclopedia. Stop changing the emblem to a non-authorized version.
