Atheism change

Hello, JimWae, and welcome to our project. You seem to have taken interest in the Atheism article. I think it would be important to have a good article about Atheism. What is your take on trying to "convert" some of the article on EnWP into simpler language? - The basix difference between "regular" and "simple" English is that Simple English uses words that are easier to understand, and sentences that are shorter. The concepts described in the articles do not have to be "simpler", after all. --Eptalon (talk) 10:15, 20 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Errors. change

Hey there, I see you have found some errors at Template talk:Convert. Template:Convert is made up of many hundreds of smaller templates, so if you could tell me on what pages or what templates exactly you are seeing these errors it would be very helpful in fixing them. Thanks!--Gordonrox24 | Talk 23:54, 2 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

One place is right there on Template talk:Convert. I doubt it makes a difference what page it is on - it is apparently NOT EVER calculating right
  • {{convert|6|ft|4|in|m|abbr=on}} => 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m)
  • {{convert|6|ft|4|in|cm|abbr=on}} => 6 ft 4 in (193 cm)
  • {{convert|76|in|cm|abbr=on}} => 6 ft 4 in (193 cm)
They should all convert to 1.93 m or 193 cm, but they are not. They are OK on "regular" wikipedia - and the code appears to be the same - so it must be one of the include pages on simple wp --JimWae (talk) 04:38, 3 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
Quite possibly it is multiplying by 2.5 rather than 2.54 -- as multiplying 76 x 2.5 = 190 and 76 x 2.54 = 193--JimWae (talk) 04:53, 3 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Also:Template:Convert/and/in seems to have a syntax error --JimWae (talk) 04:59, 3 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Zeno change

The last sentence you added to Zeno's paradoxes seems to me to be impossible for our readers to understand... Macdonald-ross (talk) 07:52, 12 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
