Thank you for your article Victoria's Secret. There was a problem with displaying multiple images and I hid the improvement until it can be fixed. Simplewiki does not support all images and templates from enwiki. For example, we can only use images uploaded to commons. If that is the problem then see how you'd like to resolve it or you could consider alternatives. Thanks and good editing here. User:Rus793 (talk) 16:19, 22 February 2015 (UTC)

changeHello! Thank you for creating Category:South African models. However, we normally need at least three pages in a category before it is created. Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. If you think there might be more pages to add to the new category, please add them now. Thank you. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:32, 14 July 2015 (UTC)
I reverted your good faith edit on Isabelle Adjani and I wanted you to understand why. The source you cited for her having also been a singer failed to verify the rest of the statement it was cited for. But, I changed the order from "actress, singer [1] and producer [2]" to "actress, producer [1] and singer [2]". This way your citation (now changed to #[2]) verifies she was a singer only. So we can still use it. The citation I used, Hollywood.com LLC, verified her first, middle, and last names, her date of birth and that she was a French actress and producer. I originally dropped singer because that source did not support it. Now, with the source you found it is supported but so are the rest of the facts in the statement. This article is a WP:BLP in which source citations have to be used very carefully and they need to be correct. The WP:RS guideline states "Sources should directly support the information as it is presented in an article." That means it has to support all the facts in the statement not just some. This applies to any article, not just a BLP. I hope this helps you understand how sources are used here. Our guideline is WP:CITE. The English wikipedia's guide goes into more detail if you want to look at it also en:WP:CITE. The article is OK now and you can continue to contribute to it if you like. If you have any questions, just ask or you can post them to Wikipedia:Simple talk. Thanks User:Rus793 (talk) 00:47, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Chicago categories
changeHello, MirandaKeurr. I was wondering if you would explain why you renamed some of these categories to include the name of the state (Illinois). For example, you renamed Category:Screenwriters from Chicago to Category:Screenwriters from Chicago, Illinois. It is not necessary to include the name of the state of there is only one place called Chicago. We also don't have to have the same names as English Wikipedia. Thanks. If you are planning this kind of rename, please discuss or at least notify people at Simple Talk first, so we know the change is being made. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 00:44, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
- I agree, and you have continued without discussion. Chicago is automatically understood as the famous city in Illinois, and it is unnecessary complication to add the state name. Macdonald-ross (talk) 20:22, 31 August 2015 (UTC)

I have just renamed all the ones you changed to the names they originally had. Please do not rename them again, or do any similar renames, without discussing. I started a discussion at Wikipedia:Simple talk#Categories for settlements in the United States. You are welcome to participate there. --Auntof6 (talk) 00:02, 1 September 2015 (UTC)

changeHello! Thank you for creating Category:People from Phoenix, Arizona by occupation. However, we normally need at least three pages in a category before it is created. Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. If you think there might be more pages to add to the new category, please add them now. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 02:30, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
People from categories
changeI noticed you have been going pretty hard at creating people from categories for specific occupations. Be aware that unlike at English Wikipedia we try to have a simpler category structure than them as part of our simple mandate. So we don't tend to sub divide categories until they are really necessary. I usually recommend there should be at least 200 articles in the parent before you split it up. However, at bear minimum as mentioned by someone else above you need to have 3 articles to create a new category. Anyway just a heads up. -DJSasso (talk) 12:09, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
