Quick deletion of User:ABCD/Page change

The page you wrote, User:ABCD/Page, has been selected for quick deletion. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. You can find more information about the reason here. Your user pages change

Hello there. What exactly is the plan with all these user pages of yours? They don't seem to be article drafts or anything. Please take a look at the user page guidelines. We are not a free hosting service, so your pages should ideally have something to do with editing this project. If they are purely for your own interest, then they will probably get deleted. Delete requests of your user pages change

You asked for two of your user pages to be deleted, but for their talk pages to be kept. We don't keep talk pages without the matching page, so I have declined the requests. Did you want the talk pages moved to the main pages? If that's what you need, I or any admin could do that for you. Just let us know. --Auntof6 (talk) 18:54, 5 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

PC, you can't circumvent the user-page guidelines by moving the content to User talk:. The guidelines apply to any page in user space. Osiris (talk) 05:19, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Per PC's request, I am replying here to a question on my talk page.

It doesn't matter if the pages you asked about are on user talk pages or on other user pages. In either place, they could be deleted. We allow users to work in their userspace if it will help Wikipedia. For example, sometimes users work on pages in their userspace to get them ready to be Wikipedia articles. That helps Wikipedia because we get new articles. Anything in userspace should be there to help Wikipedia. I think Osiris wants to know how the user pages you have will help Wikipedia. If they aren't going to help Wikipedia, then they can be deleted. Before they get deleted, you would have a chance to explain what you plan to do with them.

Does that answer your question? --Auntof6 (talk) 07:03, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

I saw your new delete requests, and I deleted the pages. I see that you made copies of those pages, calling them "archives". Those "archive" pages could still be deleted if they don't follow the requirements for user pages. It's what's on them that matters, not where they are or how they're named. --Auntof6 (talk)

Dear Auntof6, I already creat these sub pages as an article named Pakistan Celebrations 2013. But an admin deleted it considering it an invalid page. Therefore I creat them on talk subpages because I did not want to waste my articles/pages. Thanks. - PakistanCelebrations' (talk) 12:45, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I was that admin. The article was deleted because it was copied from English Wikipedia without being simplified. Are you going to simplify the pages you have now and make articles again? As we said before, putting them on talk pages doesn't change anything. In fact, they are more likely to be deleted on a talk page because that's not what talk pages are for.
We've asked you a couple of times to say what you're going to do with these pages. We need you to answer that. They can't stay in userspace forever, because that's not what userspace is for. If you don't explain what you're doing with the pages, they will get deleted from your userspace, so please answer. --Auntof6 (talk) 19:26, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Auntof6, do not delete them now. When it is need to be deletion, them I request for their deletion. Ok - PakistanCelebrations' (talk) 19:42, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

No, that is not OK. It is not just your decision. They can be deleted if they do not follow the rules for user pages. That's why we need you to say what you plan to do with them. If you don't explain that, the pages will be deleted. --Auntof6 (talk)
I never did get a response regarding their purpose, and the attempt to circumvent the guideline was not a good sign. So I've nominated them for deletion. Please take them somewhere else. Osiris (talk) 07:38, 9 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

RfD nomination of User talk:Pakistan Celebrations/Archives/2014 change

An editor has requested deletion of User talk:Pakistan Celebrations/Archives/2014, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2014/User talk:Pakistan Celebrations/Archives/2014 and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Osiris (talk) 07:35, 9 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
