QD declined

Hi Xegma, I just thought I'd let you know I had to decline your QD request on River Lyvennet. Although it is a very short article, it does have useful information and is in acceptable form for a Wikipedia article, so I cannot delete it as having little or no meaning. As a general rule, even "X is a Y" type of articles don't meet A1, because although their creation is discouraged, they do have meaning. I hope this helps. Not eligible for QD
