Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia change

Hi, MER-C, welcome to Simple English Wikipedia! Thank you for your changes. If you need help, check out the Help section of Wikipedia, or leave a message on my talk page. Whenever leaving messages on talk pages, please remember to sign your name by typing four 'tildes' (like this: ~~~~); doing this makes your name and the date show up. Also, it helps if you write something in the box that says 'edit summary' whenever you change an article. Below are some useful links to make your time here simpler. Happy editing! fr33kman talk 04:24, 24 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Moral hazard change

For me, it was helpful and timely that you used the term "moral hazard" in comments here. As you probably know, Nobel laureate Paul Krugman explains moral hazard as "any situation in which one person makes the decision about how much risk to take, while someone else bears the cost if things go badly." This term seems to summarize the careful opinions of many others, does it not?

Thank you for using a term which help me understand better.----Horeki (talk) 16:59, 22 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

You're welcome; I am happy to hear that. MER-C (talk) 03:12, 23 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

RfDs change

Hi! Thanks for creating and contributing to RfDs. I'm just here to let you know about Twinkle over here. Twinkle isn't the same here as it is on enwiki, but it is still really helpful for making RfDs quicker and I'm sure you could find it helpful. :) --Ferien (talk) 22:15, 8 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Pavel Sheff change

Hello. A page that you deleted per CSD G5 at enwiki, has now appeared at our project. Do you mean this as another special:CA/Papa2004 case? I'm asking this for clarification, thank you for your help to this project. MathXplore (talk) 07:35, 21 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Yes, it's them. I've put in a request for a lock but you should block the account here too. MER-C (talk) 16:25, 21 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Papa2004 change

Hi, based on the pages you're tagging, I think you can find more in Category:Wikipedia articles with undisclosed paid content. Almost all the pages in the subcats were put there by me, and seem to be in the same style. Kk.urban (talk) 18:34, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
