Mustang Ridge, Texas change

Mustang Ridge, Texas (edit · talk · history · links · watch · logs · delete) · close request

I think it is a stub and has rubbish info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thegameshowlad (talkcontribs) 20:26, 29 July 2021 (UTC)

Please discuss this request below, but keep in mind that you shouldn't vote on everything and that there may be options other than "keep" or "delete", such as merging.

Discussion change

@Thegameshowlad: You have not given a reason for deleting this article, neither when you opened the discussion (which we could overlook as an accident) nor here in the discussion section. You must give a reason, or the RFD may be closed for procedural reasons. --Auntof6 (talk) 19:46, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
@Auntof6: I asked them on their talk page before this, they said that "It looked poor article." I'm not entirely sure if this should be put as the reason by someone else or if he's meant to add one himself now.Fixing26 (talk) 20:48, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
  •   Keep - No issue with the page. I also am unsure as to what the nominator's rationale was for opening this. Fixing26 (talk) 18:39, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
Quite reasonable if the proposer doesn't know we accept all places named on a good map. Macdonald-ross (talk) 07:41, 30 July 2021 (UTC)

Template:Notability change

Template:Notability (edit · talk · history · links · watch · logs · delete) · close request

Kunjarpunch has nominated this page for deletion for the reason: It is abused and I want aany reason to prevent ti -- Kunjarpunch / [ t ] 16:08, 30 June 2021 (UTC)

Please discuss this request below, but keep in mind that you shouldn't vote on everything and that there may be options other than "keep" or "delete", such as merging.

Discussion change

  •   Keep speedily. Just because someone is abusing the template does not mean we should delete it. Again, Kunjarpunch, please consider denying recognition to more long-term vandals. Making an RfD for a template simply because a vandal keeps on using it is not denying recognition. --Ferien (talk) 16:14, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
  • That Could be a consideration -- Kunjarpunch / [ t ] 16:15, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
  •   Keep Occasional abuse is not reason for deletion. The majority of use seems to be in good faith and with good reason. We need not delete a template because of a minority misusing it when the majority is using it properly. Fixing26 (talk) 20:55, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
  •   Keep Obvious keep. Macdonald-ross (talk) 06:41, 1 July 2021 (UTC)

Badi Door Se Aaye Hain change

Badi Door Se Aaye Hain (edit · talk · history · links · watch · logs · delete) · close request

Eptalon has nominated this page for deletion for the reason: Indian sitcom, airing from 2009, to 2016 or so; there are over 600 episodes, of about 20 minutes each. What we likely have is an enwp copy-paste, which was flagged as "A3-complex article from another wp", about 10 minutes after it was created. So basic questions: Is this notable, and worth simplifying? - Doing a regular RfD to give the original author a chance to simplify.. Eptalon (talk) 17:09, 18 June 2021 (UTC)

Please discuss this request below, but keep in mind that you shouldn't vote on everything and that there may be options other than "keep" or "delete", such as merging.

Discussion change

  • Rfd is not for cleanup. On notability grounds it is most definitely notable so has to be a Keep. However, it is a complex copy paste. So I will be knocking it down to a small stub to eliminate that issue. -Djsasso (talk) 17:15, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
  •   Keep - a google search can find quite a few news reports on it, from sources such as The Times of India. Would've said delete if the article stayed in its previous state of using complex English, but in its current state it's just about fine to stay in my opinion.
