Request for rollback feature
Hello @Ferien, nice to meet you after a long time. I want to apply for getting permission on rollback feature.
There are some reasons I want to get that right:
1. Been for more than a year, I had made many contributions on reverting the vandalism edits.
2. Also I'm aware about basics of counter-vandalism procedures and rules for using the right.
I previously requested 2 times, and last time I either withdrawn or my request been rejected because you (may be) advised to use Twinkle.
But I will only use rollback if the edits are clear vandal.
Also you know me before, first welcoming me here, anyways it's upto your decision. Hope to get your consent very soon. Have a good day. DRC (User:TTP1233) (talk . e-mail . contrib) 16:41, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hello TTP1233, nice to see you around again. Sorry for the late response. I had read this and was intending to respond to it later but I forgot. Please make a request at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Rollback so all admins can have a look at it. Thanks --Ferien (talk) 10:41, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
- OK, I will do, but the response gets delayed due to other works of admins. DRC (User:TTP1233) (talk . e-mail . contrib) 12:09, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

- @TTP1233: Hello, sorry I didn't notice that. I responded and marked the request as not done for now as I had to patrol a few of your recent articles, and patroller is usually given after many more articles are created. But please don't let that discourage you and keep up the good work :D --Ferien (talk) 18:41, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

- @TTP1233: you could go to Special:Log/patrol and enter in a page you created as "Target" to see if it has been patrolled or not, and if it was recent, it may just be on Special:Log/patrol. --Ferien (talk) 09:01, 17 August 2022 (UTC)

Hi, sorry to disturb you again. But I want to take your consent. This user has attacked @Fehufanga's talk page specifically. Do you think this work could be User:PhotoboothZERO. Gagauz
Hello, I created the page about the Gagauz people from Moldova with sources, because about the Gagauz language is already a page in simple English: https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gagauz_language. So i thougt it should also be an own page for the Gaguaz People who speak this language. Yet, the User Macdonald-ross deleted the page. This is realy not funny. Here you can see in the english wikipedia a page about the gagauz people: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gagauz_people. So why it is forbidden to create a page in simple english about the Gagauz people? I created it again see: https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gagauz_people Nalanidil (talk) 22:16, 24 August 2022 (UTC)
- Nalanidil, I agree that this page shouldn't have been deleted. It looks like you have recreated the page so there isn't anything to do here on my end. As Auntof6 says, in future, feel free to take deletions you disagree with to Wikipedia:Deletion review. Thanks, --Ferien (talk) 13:56, 25 August 2022 (UTC)

830s
Yes I've seen your edit on 830s and it's still quite empty isn't it. I think we should try expanding the article about the century first before we start writing about the years. I mean if the column of "births" only has 2 items and the events column has 3 where the point when we can merge that decade into the century and have a longer more complete list. I think having an article about every year and decade is pretty pointless if they're all essentiallly empty, what do you think? N1TH Music (talk) 08:29, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) @N1TH Music: Our usual practice with articles about years, decades, and centuries is to keep them if there is anything in them other than the standard heading stuff. -- Auntof6 (talk) 11:15, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
- N1TH Music, I'm going to come back and add more to it. There is definitely more that can be added, there just needs to be more time spent on these articles. At some stage, I want to help make sure that at least each decade has an article, and yes, with more information than 830s currently has, but that will take a lot of time... --Ferien (talk) 16:18, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
- I figured you'd expand it, I just though (prior to speaking with Auntof6) that we should expand the articles for the centuries first, before we think about splitting it into decades. N1TH Music (talk) 17:24, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
- Really, we need to expand the articles for centuries, decades and years... --Ferien (talk) 18:18, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
