Hello! I noticed that you may have come here from another Wikipedia, so you know a little about how things work here. I hope you like it here and decide to stay! Here are some links to help you adjust:

There's a lot to do here. Most of it is writing articles that do not exist yet, which you can do by translating from other Wikipedias, but have a look around and see what you want to do. Thanks for joining us, and you know how to contact me if you need any help. Hiàn (talk) 01:36, 14 July 2019 (UTC)

July 2019Edit

  Hello, 大诺史. It looks like an article you created was derived from the English Wikipedia or another version of Wikipedia. If that is indeed the case, please make sure you add some form of attribution, either in your change summary or on the article's talk page. This must be done, even for derivative works, or the article will be deleted in time. More instructions on how to do this are at Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thank you. Zaxxon0 (talk) 03:53, 14 July 2019 (UTC)

@Zaxxon0: Is it something like this? 大诺史 (talk) 03:55, 14 July 2019 (UTC)
{{translated page}} is actually the template to use, we don't use enwp based anymore. Zaxxon0 (talk) 04:00, 14 July 2019 (UTC)

Your userpageEdit

Hello! Would you like me to delete your userpage for you? It was created maliciously by another editor and currently is blank. Best regards, Vermont (talk) 15:58, 24 August 2019 (UTC)

@Vermont: Yea, delete it. Thanks. (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 16:05, 24 August 2019 (UTC)

Re:copied and pasted from the main English WikipediaEdit

Understood. I will not do that again. But you have to change the title at least. It will be Forces Goal 2030, not Navy Goal 2030. It is completely different article otherwise. Also, the information given in the article is backdated. -User:AzfarShams(User talk:AzfarShams) 2:44 PM, 07 September 2019 (UTC)

@AzfarShams: I believe that your account does not have any restrictions on moving pages (i.e. you can move it yourself). Also, I believe I only informed you about not copying directly from other wikis. You can still update the page accordingly. (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 14:56, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

Hello 大诺史! I have noticed that you are a good user on this website. For this reason, I would like to nominate you for adminship. I think you do a good job undoing vandalism! Let me know if you accept or decline. And if you accept, I will create the RFA page. Thanks! --Wyatt2049 | (Talk) or (Stalk) 16:59, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

Meh, its too early for it. Thanks anyways :) (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 17:02, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
Okay then, here is a Barnstar!
  The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
Thank you for all of the vandalism that you revert. Also, thank you for all of the additions of the little things, like external links! Wyatt2049 | (Talk) or (Stalk) 17:04, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
@Wyatt2049: Thank you. (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 17:31, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
I do think we need more admins, but I've asked every active editor and they all say no, arg... Computer Fizz (talk) 18:50, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
@Computer Fizz: If the community is fine with me being an admin, I wouldn’t mind. I said it was still early as I didn’t even expect myself to be an admin here. (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 02:20, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
well, alright. I spend the next couple days compiling stuff then i'll open an rfa for you :) Computer Fizz (talk) 02:22, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
Created page. Computer Fizz (talk) 21:11, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
I personally wouldn't accept it. It is extremely unlikely to pass as you have only been active here about two months. The very minimum is usually more than 3 months, with a lot of editors wanting to see over a year. -DJSasso (talk) 01:52, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
In regards to Comptuer Fizz mentioning most say no, it is often because being an admin isn't just about fighting vandalism (which I have seen you making comments that imply you think that is only what being an admin is about). That is actually the least important part of being an admin. The important parts of being an admin take a good chunk of time learning the community and policies and in some ways the unwritten things that the community tends to do and believe even if they are not written down. The mediating between users etc. The things that take a good long time being in the community and being involved in discussions on Simple Talk and elsewhere etc to figure out. So a lot of people either don't feel ready or don't want the responsibility. If you just want to fight vandals you can do that almost as well not being an admin. The only extra tool we really have in that regard is the block. -DJSasso (talk) 02:00, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
that's something i'd like to move away from though. admin is supposed to just be a dude with a mop. Computer Fizz (talk) 07:32, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
@Djsasso: I agree with you about me being a newbie too and have a lot more to learn. But I would like to keep the nom to gain some feedbacks so I can better improve myself. (Talk/留言/토론/Discussion) 03:12, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
Yep go accept it then. I was just warning you, because going through an RfA and getting rejected can be a bit painful. -DJSasso (talk) 03:18, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
Alright then. Good luck! --Wyatt2049 | (Talk) or (Stalk) 11:06, 10 September 2019 (UTC)

A Cup of tea for you!Edit

  A Cup of tea for you!
Congratulations on your RFA, even if you did not win. You still are a great vandalism reverter, and I think that you could be an admin within a few more months!--Wyatt2049 | (Talk) or (Stalk) 13:37, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
