Category creation

The current practice at the Simple English Wikipedia in regards to category creation is to only create categories once there are at least 3 articles to which that category applies. please do not create categories (such as Category:2009 births - we do not have a lot of articles on notable 2-3 year olds) which have less than three articles to populate that category. In most cases, as an empty category, they are subject to quick deletion. Hi. I see you removed the QD from Category:2009 births after it had an article in it. The person who created the page isn't allowed to remove the QD, so another editor put it back. However, I then removed it because I put it there in the first place and I can remove it. Thanks for populating the category! --Auntof6 (talk) 04:18, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

This particular revert here. You warned the IP using a template that referred to it as vandalism. That edit was not blatant vandalism. For all wek know, he was going to add more information and restate it.
