Taj Al-Din Ebrahim ibn Rushan Amir Al-Kurdi Al-Sanjani(or Sinjani;) ( Persian: تاج الدين ابراهيم كردی سنجانی)‎ (1216–1301), known as Sheikh Zahed or (Zahid) Gilani, was an Iranian Chief of the famed Zahediyeh Sufi Order . [1]


His Life

Sheikh Zahed Gilani's grand fathers came from "Sanjan" town in Khorasan (located in present day Turkmenistan) ,His grand fathers fleeing Great Seljuk invasion ,settle in Gilan late 11 centuery. Sheikh Zahed Gilani attain culture and religious influence on Mongols rulers (1256–1353) .His prominent disciple is was Safi-ad-din Ardabili (1252–1334), the Eponym of the Safavid dynasty (1501–1736).Safi-ad-din Ardabili son in low sheikh Zahed and his successor as order's Chief .another prominent disciple Hajji Bayram founder Bayramiye Sufi order .sheikh Zahed Gilani died and buried in lahijan Gilan Province ,his shrine draw pilgrims.
