Years category sorting

I'm trying to understand why Category:Years on simplewiki sorts the AD years incorrectly. On simplewiki, they all use Template:Year category header. On enwiki, the AD years in en:Category:Years use en:Template:Year category header. Yet on enwiki, they sort in chronological order, while on simplewiki they sort alphabetically (as in, 1004 sorts before 101).

Do you know why this is? If it would take too much time or effort to find out, then no worries. Thanks! Lights and freedom (talk) 04:37, 9 February 2023 (UTC)

@Lights and freedom Category keys are sorted as strings, and not integers. To properly sort items with multiple digits, a dummy zero is usually added. For example: Symphony_No._45_(Haydn) has Symphonies by Joseph Haydn|Symphony 045, though in simplewiki this doesn't matter, since all three articles in Category:Symphonies by Joseph Haydn have two digits. @Lights and freedom This seems to be an issue with how simplewiki's category sorting is set up: [1]. See wgCategoryCollation: enwiki uses uca-default-u-kn which allows numeric sorting, while simplewiki uses default. • Is there an (ideally English-language?) Website of the province, the website given doesn't work.
• The numbers for the religions add up to more than 100%
• The added text probably nees some style correction.I don't know if Palu is the "only city". Also re-check the geography..

Another cartoon hoax IP

I think you recently blocked some IPs that were adding hoaxes to cartoon articles. I'm not sure if you blocked them for a specific reason. Hi. I don't know if you know this, but the person you just blocked on Neutralhomer's talkpage is a LTA editor from enwiki. They have come over to simple wiki and continued to follow and harass Neutralhomer. They keep commenting on his talkpage on the enwiki which is being reverted by the admins.
