Wikicup
changeHi, of course you can sign up!! It only starts on the 1st of january, so you'll have loads of time to get used to editing. Regards. Yotcmdr Sign up for the wikicup =talk= 17:29, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
Hello Jersey/Archive. I am warning you about the Nations cup. It will be run parallel to the Wikicup you have signed up for. It will be the same points system, but you will team up with someone. Then, all the rounds will be the same as the Wikicup. It is not obligatory to sign up for the nations cup, but it is highly recommended, as if you are knocked out of one of the cups, you can remain in the other one! Please, hurry up the entry end on the 31st of December, and team up with somebody! Remember you will also have to choose a country (it doesn't have to be the same as the Wikicup one). |
Nations cup
changeDo you want to be teamed with me in the nations cup? MathCool10 03:40, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Sure! Which country would you like to represent? China or Norway? --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 17:53, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Hello Jersey/Archive. I'm very sorry but the nations cup will have to be postponed until further notice as our judges have concerns about the rules and organization of it. However the Editors cup will go ahead as planned. Thanks, Yotcmdr Sign up for the wikicup =talk= 19:35, 15 December 2008 (UTC) |

Wikicup Notice
changeHello Jersey/Archive. We have come to a conclusion after dicussing the way points should be counted. You must make a page were you keep record of your edits. It should look like this and it should be called user:Jersey/Archive/Wikicup Edit Count. It will be checked by our judges to make sure there is no cheating. If we find that there was a very large margin of error, you will be disqualified. Remember, any edit which does not figure on this page will not be counted in your final score. Thank you for your attention. |
WikiCup Points
changeHello Jersey/Archive. You may stop updating your wikicup edit count (unless told otherwise by a judge) as it will be done by a judge from now on. Thank you, Yotbot (talk) 21:52, 14 January 2009 (UTC) |

The Achlorhydria page
changeI understand when I created the Achlorhydria page I used a lot of big words that people who are learning English may not understand. Could you help me out with that page so it is not to difficult? Nappyrootslistener (talk) 22:51, 22 May 2009 (UTC)CHRIS
QD notification
changeHi, I noticed that you notified the creating user here of your QD nomination of their page. I'd like to say that I think that was excellent; it is the politeness standard we should all strive for! Well done! fr33kman talk 21:41, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks :D! It wasn't polite really, because it was a standard template message that anyone who made a page could receive :P --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 21:46, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
- The politeness came about because you actually notified them; most people ... "forget". fr33kman talk 21:50, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
- Ah, I understand now! :D Thank you! :) --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 22:02, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

changeUser talk:Thebestmovieever
changeAlthough it is best policy to notify named users of their being blocked, a vandalism only account is usually just that, only used for vandalism. The person using it knows already that they are breaking the rules and shouldn't be too surprised when they try to edit a page and find that they can't because they've been blocked. Personally I notify someone that I've blocked them if I do s even vandalism only accounts because they may see the light and agree to stop if unblocked. As you can see from recent events, I also notify (usually) anonymous users that I block (thank you for adding the blocked message to that last IP editor I blocked, btw).
Perhaps, a polite note to Either Way on his talk page if you feel strongly that User talk:Thebestmovieever should be notified of the block. Thank you for helping us out here and Good Job! fr33kman talk 01:51, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry, I thought that it was standard that all users be warned, including IPs and vandal accounts. But I see the point, I guess vandals come here just to vandalise. --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 01:54, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- No need to apologize; you're intentions are always good. We do get many people who only come here to vandalize. (They know they have no chance on enWP and so pick on us because we have fewer people looking out for them.) After a while you'll see patterns emerge with many users. We have people who come here daily and use IP accounts, named accounts they made in advance weeks ago, open proxies and TORs and who make it their life-mission to try to shut us down; a user we know as "Grawp" being a prime example. fr33kman talk 02:53, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
Bastard
changeI've undone your redirection to profanity as the word bastard is a technical term meaning illegitimate birth. It's a bit like bitch which means female dog but has been usurped by some into a swear word; sadly. If you disagree with my undo we can discuss it on the articles talk page. Thanks :-) fr33kman talk 02:49, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, whoops, I'm only used to hearing it as a swear word, thanks for correcting me :D --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 02:50, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- That's practically the only way it is used today; except in the UK (where they used to stamp it in big black letters on your birth certificate if you are one (how rude!)) fr33kman talk 02:55, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- In this same vein, I've undone your redirection on shit. EVula // talk // ☯ // 15:19, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

Hi.
changeJust letting you know that you can't have those lyrics on your userpage. They are a copyright violation. I ask that you remove them as soon as possible. Thanks. Exert 03:21, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
- Exert is right and thanks for removing them. Just so you know; I love Green Day also! Best band ever! fr33kman talk 04:34, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

Equestrian Page
changeHi S3CR3T,
Sorry for messing up the Equestrian page. But can you explain why a pointer to the Equestrianism page isn't warranted? It seems like this would help people understand the term better than a link to the dictionary entry (which doesn't use the term "equestrianism").
- Hello :D And don't worry, you didn't mess up the equestrian page, but usually you don't write on soft redirects :) If you want people to understand better, you can go to the dictionary entry and write what you had in mind over there :) --<font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T (tell me a secret.) 21:26, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
- I have redirected the page to Equestrianism which is the right thing to do. fr33kman talk 21:31, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

changeThe page you wrote, User:S3CR3T, has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was all nonsense. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. <font=Comic Sans MS>S3CR3T ♥s you! 22:38, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
