RFD for blocked/locked user templates

Hi, Fehufanga. I'm about to close this RfD as deleted and am preparing to remove the templates from pages.

On the user page for JarlaxleArtemis (I don't want to link it because there's no need to ping the user), there is also a note about seeing more info on enwiki. I'm not sure that note would make sense without the template message before it. How would you handle cases like that? Hi! @Fehufanga I'm not sure why the other admin decided to delete the page especially since the topic seems to have gained notability, at least in Saudi Arabia.

The person in question is a journalist with a lot of experience in the media industry and has sources from well known newspapers in Saudi Arabia.

They've had a Twitter account with Blue badge since 2016 and we all know how strict Twitters requirements are, for getting that badge.

Changing content model

Hello Fehufanga, I’m not sure if this is possible, but I’ve created a CSS subpage that requires a change in the content model to function properly. Specifically, User:Cyber.Eyes.2005/Style freed.css needs to be changed from "CSS" to "Sanitized CSS" to use TemplateStyles correctly. I think your mentioning reelection of CUs could work as a solution to inactive CUs. It'd give the community the option to take away the flag without needing a number of actions per year. Hello @Fehufanga From past 1 month i am observing there are many People making paid pages on simple wikipedia. People who are not having any news article and having 2-3 paid article also getting live here. And Scammers are using fake references as well with fake references. And a user @Symonds Gerother is involved in it because today i inserted qd in 5-10 non notable pages and he revereted all the changes and removed qd. So he is also involved in the group of people who are making paid pages of non notable people so deleted all the pages on which i have inserted qd and which has been remove by @Symonds Gerother and Block this user.

Movies , Anime , based wikis which got deleted , I would love to create some, and I have an objection on Casino.org why this wiki is not deleted it doesn't have english wiki. It's an gambling site. Which has radically promoted here.
