A short sample from my addition;
The brain stem is the lowest part of the brain. It connects the other parts of the brain (the cerebrum and cerebellum) to the spinal cord.
It can essentially be divided into three sections; the hindbrain, midbrain and diencephalon.
I am not quite sure how this could be classified as spam.
Would you please do something about it?
Thanks, Shaun
It reverted you because you had [[Link title]] on the end of your edit. You must have bumped the button in the tool bar. I've re added your edit minus the [[Link title]]. Sorry about any inconvenience caused. --Chris10:50, 3 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I was editing Neutron Stars and your Bot reverted my changes.
I dramatically expanded a stub, reorganised the information and added some maths. I'm very new to wikipedia and I may have gotten something wrong, but I find it very strange that those kind of changes about a scientific stub article "did not appear to be useful", because if so, I'm not really sure what would be useful edit. So I think your Bot over-reacted.

Hi, Chris G Bot has reverted my edits twice today: [1] and [2]. Is there any possibility to put me on some whitelist for this bot to avoid such situations? Best regards, -- Mercy (☎|✍) 22:24, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi! I notice Chris_G_Bot_3 is archiving WP:RFR nicely, but no pages link to the archives it creates. Do you want to create the archive template/page, or should I mention it on WT:RFR or ST? (I'm not being sarcastic, by the way. Your bots do excellent work. I just don't feel like doing up the archive link template myself. :) Toliar (talk) 01:22, 3 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I noticed that, while this is an approved bot with "bots" privileges, the edits that it is making are not flagged with "b". I don't really care, but I'm not sure if you were aware of that or if it's important. EhJJ (talk) 03:55, 4 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
It does have a bot flag however reverts and when the bot tags a page for deletion are shown in the rc feed because other users may need to see them. When the bot warns a user the edit is flagged with 'b' and thus doesn't show up in recent changes, because other users don't need to see warnings. --Chris09:13, 4 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Put simply the bot sucked and was more trouble than it was worth (your heading sorta hits it on the nail, it acted more like a vandal bot than an anti vandal bot). --Chris08:23, 4 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

EVula recently made a change (diff) to WP:RFA that has now broken the way bot makes the Chris G Bot/Rfx table. If it's a simple fix, that would probably be best. If not, then we can revert the change to WP:RFA as it's not truly necessary. Thanks! EhJJTALK12:50, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hey, Chris, could you help me with the sandbox? I was trying to change the header to make it seem simpler (see here) but the bot reverted me. Is there any way to bypass the bot? (Also, see Lauryn's talkpage) :| TelCoNaSpVe :| 20:41, 4 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Chris G. I have completed the text for the sandbox header. I also fixed the reset link. You may change the bot's info to the following:
{{Please leave this line alone (sandbox heading)}}
<!-- Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Go ahead and try using any of your changing and formatting skills below this line. This page is only used for testing; it is NOT an article. A bot will clean the sandbox every fifteen minutes. -->
This is because it doesn't have a bot flag. If I remember correctly, this is because it doesn't make enough edits to really warrant having a flag. --Chris10:24, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
