Hi, DefenseSupportParty! Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia! Thank you for your changes!
If you need help, check out the Help section of Wikipedia, or leave a message on my talk page.
Whenever leaving messages on talk pages, please remember to sign your name by typing four 'tildes' (like this: ~~~~); doing this makes your name and the date show up. Also, it helps if you write something in the box that says 'edit summary' whenever you change an article.
Below are some useful links to make your time here simpler.
If you make a short article please mark it with {{stub}}, our guideline is here.

Hi there. Could you please categorize any articles that you create here? It will help save other editors time in that they wouldn't have to categorize the pages for you. If you are unsure which category a page belongs in, you can use the {{uncat}} template. Thanks, Razorflame00:47, 9 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

When making a new page here, please try to categorize your pages as specific as you can (and that we have categories for). The last three that you made were categorized in Space, when a category called Nebulae currently exists. Please take the time to look for such categories in the future :).
Second, please don't leave a space in between the heading and the text for that section. This is because the space is not needed.
Third, we use Other websites here instead of External links, although I doubt you would have known that.

Hello, DefenseSupportParty. You have new messages at Fr33kman's talk page. You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
Thank you. I added the QD tag when the grand majority of the article was in Suengh. There were significant changes between when I reapplied the QD tag and you removed it. Since those changes, the QD no longer applied, and I am grateful you removed it. Respectfully, DefenseSupportParty (talk) 09:16, 15 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. Please don't forget to categorize the pages that you create :P. If you don't know what category they belong in, please use the {{uncat}} template. Thanks, Razorflame05:39, 16 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Another note. Check {{BD}} for the usage, but for biographies of living people, you don't need to include the actual categories for years of birth and death. {{BD}} automatically does that for you. See how I used the template on Herman Li. If you would be so kind as to use that template for all further BLP pages you create, that would be most helpful. Thanks, Razorflame05:52, 16 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. We usually only welcome users who have made some contributions to the mainspace first. :). But you didn't know that, so everything is all right :P. Cheers, Razorflame08:01, 18 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Fair enough. Hey, I do have a quick question for you if you're still watching this page. On User talk:Amyj, and also on User talk:Smitty411, is it really appropriate to add a L3 vandalism warning for first time vandalism on a not very visible page? It just feels a little harsh. Respectfully, DefenseSupportParty (talk) 08:03, 18 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

After toiling and doing back-breaking work, I have finally completed your new profile code. As a little note, only one of the original templates exists now (committed identity). Other than that, most of the userboxes have been overwritten by custom-made userboxes, and the same can be said about your status changer. The status changer now has my name on it, but it will change when you copy the code to your profile. All of the elements should still be functional. If not, contact me and I'll take a long and hard look into what may be giving you some problems. You can see it at User:The Obento Musubi/Sandbox. Cheers! –obentomusubi06:03, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the barnstar! It wasn't a problem, really. :) I enjoy doing that kind of work, so it was quite a stress-reliever, in fact. How do you like it? I can make whatever modifications you wish (be honest with me; I want you to be 100% satisfied). Cheers, –obentomusubi06:45, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
I am more than 100% satisfied! It is beyond my wildest expectations; truly a piece of art! Honestly, I can't thank you enough. If there is anything I can every do for you, please, let me know! DefenseSupportParty (talk) 06:48, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Aww, that makes my night! The only thing I ask that you do is keep being a good person and friend. Thank you for being so wonderfully amazing toward me. It makes me feel very appreciated. :) Cheers, –obentomusubi06:52, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
If the German in the userbox is wrong, feel free to fix it or adjust it. I asked a native German speaker how he would translate "I know German at an advanced level", and that's what he told me he would say. Happy editing, –obentomusubi06:56, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

You have had a busy day! When you put in a VIP report, can you make sure that it goes on the top of the list, not the bottom. That will make it easier for the admins to find. The Bop It person seems to have stopped since the discussion above. Thanks for all your work in reverting the vandalism. --Peterdownunder (talk) 11:01, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Among your corrections, you changed the word "don't" to "do not". Fine in general, but in that instance, the word was part of the name of a work of literature called "Don't you want to be free?". The other class of error that must be left alone is anything that occurs within a quotation. The grammar, spelling etc of quotations must remain as the author wrote it. And we don't make links inside quotations.
I apologize. I fixed about 200 pages that day; I was trying to avoid any issues, but I must have slipped up. I apologize, and I'll try to avoid it in the future. DefenseSupportParty02:52, 31 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I have by coincidence noticed an edit you made to the Atheism page. You have cited sources for "and many countries still have laws against atheism", one of which was an Israeli law from Wikisource. I am curious as to how you have understood that it cites that Atheism is illegal in Israel, as I see you can't speak Hebrew, and even less so, Hebrew used in laws.
I am a native Hebrew speaker and I have read the document, and it mentions nothing of Atheism being illegal in Israel, and I have also checked the Hebrew Wikipedia which mentioned that the lack of religion is not officially recognized by the government, but is not illegal, and in fact is fairly common.
I am wondering how you managed to conclude that the source mentions Atheism to be illegal. Fdskjs (talk) 19:32, 19 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there!
You might want to edit out 13:45 ("Another example...") - 13:56 ("Three, two, one. Another example...") from your Baseball Uniform recording ;)
Besides that, good job on the spoken articles!
I've been wanting to do a couple myself. I was thinking it would great to collaborate with someone on this. Objective feedback during the recording process, double "prooflistening" and half the work per article could really produce some great results. In my opinion, two voices in lieu of one would add more excitement and make spoken articles way more interesting. Would you potentially be interested in that?
